Specific Equipment Insurance Question

I'm looking for recommendations for equipment insurance, I need to change from having it on the house and contents as that will now not include anywhere near enough cover when left in my car.

Value of kit would be around 25K, there would be the odd time when I have to leave in my car for a while.

If your contents insurance will cover, then what company do you use, or what company for specific camera insurance.

Only suggestions please if you are certain about the cover when left in vehicle.

Though I have not read the policy for a while, as far as I recall.

Covered whilst in a locked & alarmed car provided that it is out of sight in a secured boot/luggage space i.e. out of sight.

Also, I think it excludes being left in the car overnight.

I would think such criteria is common across many/most insurance that covers items being left in a car!
 
Eversure seem good - I have a policy with them
 
Be extremely careful about cover in motor vehicles.

For example Aaduki used to include a restriction that kit left in a car was not covered between 21:00 at night and 08:00 in the morning.

Little nuances like that can really screw up your day.
