I allways prefer the shots on the inside of a track from speedway, espec later in the eve with a dropped shutter.

With the light being so bright and thus the faster shutter they can just look parked.

Regarding the flashes, I know some riders comment on this and the white line, is there a certain point in the corner when people are told flash is ok, and up to then flash is requested not to be used?

Flash is only allowed on the inside of the track, must not be used in any publis areas.

I have not had any complaints from riders in three and a bit years at Plymouth. Always try to avoid pointing it straight at the riders.
 
Light was good although a little harsh at times. Partly covering the track as in no. 5 made some great pics though.
