Spider-Pro or Black Rapid

Hi

I've read the individual threads, but has anyone tried both ?
It'll be for a 1D and maybe a 70-200 2.8.

The Spider Pro looks very good, but wondered if it gets impractical stuck on your hip.
I'd get one in USA as theres a big price difference

I ordered the TP strap to keep me going.

If your getting one in the USA have a look at the Lu.Ma Loop strap.

Personally I use the quickstrap on my 1d 70-200 combo

Hi

The newer version looks better with the metal attachment, wondering if the Spider Pro is the less risky punt. If I buy in USA then shouldn't lose anything on resale here.
