Hi
I thought I will try so popular these days 'splash photography'. Few trials and errors, background changes, experimentation with lighting setup and I got these.

The background was made of two layers of tracing paper with a flash behind. The flash had a blue gel on it. It took some adjusting of the flas position to get the gradient, but turned out better than i expected.
