i really like it

how did you do that?

i can see its all the colours of the picture anyway

I'd say the altered backdrop is really disturbing and takes my eyes of the subject of the picture.

If you want an easy way to alter your background without much of a fuzz, try shooting a speedlight through something you have close by, perhaps a glas and put a colorfilter on it. No way of telling how it'll look before you try, but it could be cool.

cammiedh13 - Not to everyone's taste and with your pic being mostly dark and light the background possibly doesn't work too well. Normally I'd have lightened or darkened it to complement your subject, but as pic has very light and very dark areas then the B/G is a bit distracting here.

It's fairly easy to do in Photoshop if you have it.
1. Duplicate layer - always a good idea in event of C**k-up.
2. Cut out subject
3 Copy subject
4. Paste subject on new layer (You'll make this top layer at end)
5 Make new layer
6 Paste subject onto new layer & use move tool to place in corner
7 Keep pasting subject and overlapping until you cover layer with overlapped subject with no B/G showing
8 Now add Radial Blur (Filter menu), zoom & amount to personal taste
9 Lighten / darken to suit
10 Move subject layer to top and you're done.
Hope that's fairly clear.
