spotted on carribean holiday

Looks like an Iguana species, where did you see it?

Ah! yes...... thinking about it that what my A level biology tutor had and kept at the school..... beautiful creature we were allowed to feed it fruit every so often.

The same tutor had a license to keep a captive bred Golden Eagle. He brought it into school for a us to see one day......my first encounter with a most magnificent bird.

Got up really close to them in Costa Rica, them and the Basilisks (related species)....done well to get a detailed shot from a distance.
