Hi Alan and welcome, you need to click on the share option of your picture on Flickr and then copy the BB code and just paste it in to your thread. Any problems then check out the FAQ`s on how to upload. A decent capture, looks like it aint interested in you though

Best way to add images from flickr go to your flickr click the image you want to share

Above the image

Click Share
Grab the HTML/BBCode
Check the radio button for BBCode
Choose a size
Copy the code from the box
paste it into your post on here
