Hi all,

I've just had to dig out my Spyder3Pro calibration unit as I think my monitor might be slightly off.

I've found the unit ok but its asking me for a serial again despite having already used it over a year ago and never uninstalling the software.

Anyone had any look with the manufacturers and getting another serial sent out? I don't fancy having to blow £100+ on another :( Or is it possible to just buy a serial for it?
 
Im sure the s/n is on the lead (usb) white sticker/tab?
 
I have a Spyder3Pro unit on my PC & it has never asked me for a serial number.
The software I am using is Spyder3Pro 4.0.2

the sn is on a label on the cd sleeve if that helps, there is an option on their website to get the key again if i remember rightly. not sure if you had to register the unit when you first got it though but worth a look.

All I have on there is a grey label that shows patent numbers, and the hardware serial number on the USB connector.

3.0.1 i think, it was purchased in late 2009 and only used once.

yeah its the CD sleeve I can't find :( and I've tried the website option but either it didn't register the first time or just didn't record it.

Fingers crossed they are going to send me a new one for it :D
