Really well exposed, Tony. I'm not personally sure the flowers in the foreground add anything to the shot though.
 
Lovely shot Tony :) but I agree about the flowers.

Brings back happy memories of sunny days spent scuba diving from there (y)

They were actually growing out of the harbour wall in several places, I thought that really quaint!
(and I might have got into trouble if I cut 'em! chuckle!)

Good exposure, I think I would crop the row of houses at the top and the flowers at the bottom for a stronger composition, but it is your image. Thanks for sharing.
 
Very nice shot. I love it up round there especially at st Abbs head by the light house
