Hi,

Last night was my first outing with my new EFS10-22 :D

My first impressions were 'Gosh it's W I D E'. Mrs Freester was stood slightly in front of me and to the side and I had to ask her to get out of the shot, which amazed her!

Anyway here's one from last night. C&C welcome...

Thanks for looking

I love the perspective that a 10 mm lens gives...but it does gather a LOT of light, so you can end up with hot spots. (Well, I can always end up with hot spots. LOL)

I like this shot...the composition works well. Nice capture.

He he. Thanks for the replies. A response to the 'posts without replies thread' perhaps!!!

Feedback appreciated. This was shot straight into the sun with RAW. I really underexposed it to stop too much of the sky getting blown and then rescued it in the RAW converter, I wouldn't have been able to do that with jpeg.

Still trying to get to grips with the 10-22 but it's a fun lens.

Another one I missed :D Lovely wide shot!

Agree with marky_j about the blown sky but overall a lovely 'sweeping' feel to it and nicely composed.
