St Michael's Mount

One from last month, but I thought the sky really made this composition as something different from the causeway shot

Thats nice, really like the curve of the sea it leads you into the picture and the clouds echoes this.

It is a nice picture, great colours in the sky and I like the way the light highlights the s curve on the water line,

Looking at it, is the picture taken from the left of the causeway?

Love the colours, the texture in the clouds, the boldness of the island, the rock which draws you back to the foreground to then notice the texture of the beach.

That's lovely - beautiful colours in the sky and sand, perfect lines, I'd just like to see the shadows lifted a bit on the island and that interesting rock in the foreground. Thanks for sharing - one of my favourite places, and I've never been able to get anything as lovely as this

Thanks - the causeway is to the left, i.e. the picture is taken from the right of it. It was a fairly low tide to expose the foreground rock
