Don't think I've seen that viewpoint before,works quite well imo
....perhaps a shade more space along the top ?

I agree too tight a crop should have allowed more room

I don't think the hdr works, the sky is too grey and the light too flat. The viewpoint from the end of the 'wobbly bridge' isn't the best view of St Pauls, and you've cut off the top. Sorry, not for me.

Having never been to the place you have taken, i cannot comment on the area around there, however i would have maybe tried to make better use of the steps that lead up to the Cathedrale. Maybe a lower angle to give the sence of it dominance and size, at the moment it looks a little 'lost'

The 'Pseudo' HDR works to an extent and it is subtle but the sky is a little flat.

Think the HDR processing has brought out the detail well, as it usually does, I agree with the other comments about cutting off the top and it appears to me to be slightly out to the vertical, however I do like it.

Thanks for the comments, the sky was dark and the light was flat not the best of days for photography but the HDR seems to have worked reasonably well
