Stanley the cat

Going stir crazy with this cold I decided to have a play with a 500W lamp from the top right with a gold reflector lower left. After a bit of coaxing Stanley finally worked out that looking into the camera meant he got a treat, bless him.

Stanley was perched on a small table and the backdrop is the parcel shelf from the car propped up against the wall. State of the art my home studio innit

I love that shot His left eye is a tad dark but apart from that, well done on setting up everything and taking the time to get the shot really paid off Very cute cat too

Fantastic shot, as has been mentioned already, his left eye just needs a touch of work to bring it out a bit more, but the tone, detail and texture is superb.
