Starter filter set

hi guys
Thinking of getting a starter filter set to try ... I normally take motorsport & portrait photos at the moment & would like to take landscape & other style etc
So after a starter filter set to add to my setup
What would you guys start with ?
Any views or input would be helpful
 
as you'll no doubt own a 17-40 L lens like everyone who has a canon lol you'll need 100mm filters. so the obvious answer would be lee. but they are ridiculously expensive. ive also been pondering a move to a 100mm system but have seen very mixed reviews of the kood z system and the hitech system

nope that's one lens I don't own :)
The lens I have are in my signature ...
Don't want to spend loads my money as don't know if this is my cup of tea :whistle:
 
I think you'll want a 77mm adapter ring for the 24-105L - I sold mine years ago but I'm sure it's 77mm same as the 17-40L

I'd just buy a separate 77mm adapter, 85mm holder & 85mm 2 stop NDGrad. That's enough to see if you need or want filters or not.

Which set from premier ink would be a good starter kit ,if I need any extra's then so be it ...

What's the difference between p type and z pro? Is it just the size?
