Steam at North Norfolk Railway - C&C

Thought I would have a go at a B&W conversion of a photo I took on the North Norfolk Railway this weekend. I thought that the B&W suited the scene

1) Not too sure on my steam engines but I believe this is a BR 0-6-2 Tank engine (would it be ex GWR?)




2) And the following a quieter scene of the station & signal box

I like number 1. Perhaps it's a little tight in the frame, could have done with some more space round the engine. Also think some steam would have added to the shot.

Thanks for the comments - I took several so will do some conversion and post up for comparison.

I was hoping for more steam as he pulled back from the carriages, but for a steam engine it produced very little!!

I took the wider shot and converted this works perhaps a bit better (maybe), again would welcome any comments

I prefer the wider angle, shame about the platform edge on the near side though. Could try cloning out the people on the platform too.
