Step-up ring recommendations

I've used a load of different stepping rings, a mix of Polaroid and unbranded, and can't tell the difference - none of them has got stuck, cross-threaded etc.. Premier Ink seem good if you're looking for odd sizes, but the ones you've mentioned aren't too wierd.
 
Just make sure the air in their "active" elements is good quality!!! I've got a set of super cheapies (from Amazon) and IIRC the whole set (about 45mm up to 77mm) was only a couple of quid including P&P. I would tell you exactly what and where but they're at home, a couple of thousand miles away!
 
I bought a set off Amazon branded as "FotoDiox" - they seem good quality, well machined, etc. Weren't too expensive and do the trick. They also sell individual ones, so you get specific ones if you don't need/want a full set.
