Thinking of buying a 77mm 10 stopper for my 10-20 but will I be able to use it with a nikon 24mm and a 52-77 step up ring without any issues?
 
hmm wouldn't want that
 
should be fine, unless the front filter ring on the 24mm is way beyond the element like a 50mm. I'm not familiar with the Nikon, but a Zuiko 24mm has a 49mm filter thread and you can get 2 normal filters on there without vignetting, and it's full frame!

So yeh in summary go for it!
 
I suppose I could just buy the 77mm and buy a step up ring from fleabay for coppers and if it doesn't work out I haven't wasted much:|
