Still Life Old Masters Style

An experiment to see if I could get anywhere close to replicating the style of the old masters still lifes. All comments welcome!

subject matter all quite interesting
i would like to have seen a textured back cloth well lit...ie ambient lighting and not so yellow
i really should quit carping and try one of these myself !!
