Number 1, but they both seem pretty pixely.. Im guessing from compression of where you are hosting them?

I couldn't believe the difference myself. I too prefer No1 so I just thought I'd seek the opinion of others.
 
No1 - great shot - good colour and DoF (y)
I think it works in B&W as well.

No2 - just too blue for me.

hey man..sometimes ps or cs on auto can ruin a shot...i do a cursory check to see if it is all i need and get really disappointed...
resorting to the sliders and personal settings

as for the pixels...if you upload your shots full size onto pix.ie you may be very pleased with the results..
