Studio Hire in Kent?

[Scarecrow]

I have a model who would like some photographs taking in a studio setting, but she has difficulty travelling.

Does anyone know of a reasonable photographic studio that can be hired, and that is within reasonable/easy travelling distance of Orpington?

I have already suggested Maidstone, but apparently that's too far.

Is Greenwich too far?

Don't know until I ask, but thanks for the suggestion.
