Studio Setup - Flash Trigger / Lights - Help Rqd.

Hi gang,

Ive just purchased the studio light setup from Stable Imaging.

I have a Canon 450d & was wondering what else i will need in order to
get this stuff going.

If i buy a flash trigger,will i need to buy any cables as most kits come with
2 receivers? Im guessing, either purchase another receiver or link 2 lights
via cable.

All help appreciated.

I believe you can buy Cactus V4's for £35 delivered from America. They come with the cables needed. One attaches to your 450D's hotshoe and the other plugs into one of the lights. I presume the lights will be optical slaves so the other one will fire when it detects a flash going off.

Looking at your link It had Infra-red receiver built in You can use a lead to one light and the rest will be triggered by this one also you can use you camera flash NOT such a good idea Next you can buy a infra-red transmitter Or get a cheap radio flash trigger like this one on eBay
