Hi all,

I have reserved the studio of my photoclub this Sunday. It's the first time that I will be shooting in a studio, so all tips are welcome.

(I use a Canon EOS 1000D, 18-55 kit lens and a 50 mm 1.8 prime)

Thanks!

I'm bring my 6 year old and her best friend. A few ideas that I had:

- brightly coloured shots of the girls wearing summerdresses and bare feet
- BW shots of them chatting, sharing secrets, fighting, like best friends do ;-)
- dancing shots (I'm bringing an oversized 80's cd player with large headphones)

Background will be white (or at least should be all white)

Some advice on high key shots is also appreciated

Take some of their favourite toys so they have something familiar with them, 1st time in a studio enviroment is daunting.

1st time in a studio... the kids will be more petrified than you. what with these huge lights pointing at them and flashing away!

Sweets, MUSIC!, Toys... get them relaxed!

And finally, bribery would work... McDonalds afterwards!?
