Yes
looking to purchase a new tripod, I've recently returned from hols and was using my tripod for landscape shots and rivers and waterfall shots and I think I need something a bit sturdier, the tripod I have is a Gitzo very small and very light, actually picked it up in a charity shop for less than a tenner! Anyway I like doing a bit of everything including star trails!
Not sure on budget somewhere around £100! (Flexible)

I'm off to Dubai/Australia in 3 weeks and am looking for something portable/light/sturdy, so am interested in any suggestions too.

Lots of options, if weight isn't too much of an issue the good old Manfrotto 055 is worth a look, solid as a rock in my experience, tho a bit more than £100 once you include a head. I'm sure though there'll be a lot of other ideas too that are nearer budget.

Try red snapper although I've got an 055 with a 410 geared head but that's me
