I need some advice guys and gals.

Around the time of November onwards, i plan on selling my Canon EOS 1100d body and upgrading, but, the body i have in mind is the EOS 60d, would this be a good upgrade ?
Money would be limited, so, cannot afford a 5d mark II or better.
Any advice ?
 
Lol, sorry, but, nah.

Planning on keeping my lenses, cannot afford a total change, besides, i like Canon.

Yes the 60D is a great camera, a frind last year upgraded from a 450D to a 60D and was very happy with the updgrade, a larger body, higher fps, swivel LCD screen was also a benefit, to name a few of the benefits he's found.

I'd keep an eye open on what Canon is also launching this year, there is rumour of a 70D, so potentially, the 60D will be slightly cheaper when this is launched...
 
If you could stretch to a 7D that would be a better bet, especially in terms of AF and body construction/weather sealing. Unless of course you would find the articulated screen useful.
