Suggestions for a hand strap

Hi folks, and evening all - 1st post here so please be gentle

I have a D7100 with a pixelpro grip fitted - absolutely love the camera & grip BUT not such a fan of the nikon strap, mainly as I tripod a lot of shots (big fan of HDR) & it gets in the way. I met a lot of people on the recent Scott Kelby Photowalk in my town that had hand straps for their cameras, so I got a 3 quid one for mine off eBay. The only issue is that it doesn't really take into account the fact that I have a grip or that I want to put the camera STEADILY on my manfrotto. Does any have any suggestions for a strap that might be a better fit?

Hmm... It's tempting, but I'm not loving the leather look. Also, the price is a little steep for something I'm only buying to save a bit of griping . Thanks for the suggestion though. Any others out there?

I have D7100 with Nikon grip and this hand strap, great bit of kit. I have mine attached via a Kirk plate so as I can quickly attach a BR strap as well. Yes its leather and all the better for it in my very humble opinion?
