Suggestions for Panoramic 360 equipment - add-ons and/or standalone

I am looking for multiple opinions and suggestions for what hardware is available out there for creating Panoramic 360 Tours; I've googled and found a few options but thought I would ask the experts. My budget is limited as I want to start this slow.

Tripod, loose top and take pics and stitch via software... (think there is software to produce a moving quicktime file)

Hardware, is a curved mirror and you shoot straight up, specialty.

There are film panoramics, but usually only 180 degrees... (?)

Setting on the phone/camera where you sweep at a constant speed and the camera stitches it for you...



Are these the things you mean?
Google search should give you some ideas and costings...
