Sun screen thingy bob thingy for 40d?

Hi

When I shoot manual, I tend to use the lcd screen to focus. However, at the weekend, in bright sunlight, I couldn't see the lcd screen properly. Can you get a sun screen or something to block out the sun over the lcd screen? If so, could someone point me in the right direction of where to get one. Or, can you make your own and if so, could someone tell me how to make one.

I think Delkin do one that covers the LCD screen and pops up like a sun shade
