The Standon and Puckeridge Veterans having their weekly wheeze around the pitch in our village, I was only able to stay for about 20 minutes so not a great deal to show for it but it was nice to have the sun shining!

I like 4 especially. Bet the guy in 5 was right p'd off.

Shots like 2, assuming it's shot at a lower F number because of the good sunlight (exif isn't intact) show that it's nice to be able to get more action in the frame but it loses the bokeh that separates the incident from the background.

Overall nice bright and colourful images but nothing much happening. The fifth is probably the best but nowhere near as good as my thwunkage effort from yesterday

A nice set, but no.5 is a corker.

I really like #5 - although perhaps someone should tell him that's how you 'mark' in aussie rules not how you head in soccer. The faces are great in #4 but I think the ball's too far away from the 'action' area.
