Sunrise/sunset direction acetate thingy

[psychology]

Hello All

I was shown a Sunrise/sunset direction acetate which can be placed on a mapn so you can work out what direction the sun rises and sets at different times of the year. I've tried to find one on google but have had no luck so far. Has anyone ever come accross one of these.

Thanks

This is excellent for planning sunrise and sunset shots - http://stephentrainor.com/tools

It is free for PCs.

Do you have a smartphone? There's quite a few apps now that you can just point at the sky and it'll show direction/path at a given time or day.
