I saw a lovely sky out the window so grabbed my kit and went to try and get a few shots, I think this was the best of the bunch really, not done much other than a slight tweak to the colours and rotating it a tad.
I think I would be tempted to crop a little of the darker area at the bottom of the frame, bringing the horizon down a bit more, can't quite make up my mind though - nice as it is

I thought the pier leads in quite well but I'm not sure if the right side seems to cluttered now. Any thoughts?
Agree with all the comments above and #2 shades it for me as well.
The only thing to look out for on the second is the line coming in from the left near the horizon, not sure what it is. It distracts a little looking at it again from the lines that pull you to the reflected buildings.
