Just goes to show, you don't always need the sun in the shot for a sunset to work. Personally, I'd have been inclined to put the mast of the foreground boat on the first 1/3 across the picture - as it stands I'd like to lose some of the LHS where the land is in full shadow and therefore blacked out, and see a little further around to the RHS headland which is retaining a little more detail.
