Wales Sunset locations on route to Swansea via M4

I'm travelling up to Swansea late Friday afternoon/early evening and was thinking of trying to squeeze in a quick sunset shot somewhere and wanted some ideas.

I thought about trying to get to the Wreck of the Helvetia, but I may not make it depending on leave time/traffic, anyone got any other ideas?
