Number 2 is so almost 100% perfect imo, i know you cant really help it now but had you got the sun a tad higher i think it would be perfect.

2 for me too. Maybe lose the bird top left and the dust bunny smudge between it and the sun.

I feel number two is better than three as it looks balanced. Number one is a little too busy busy for my liking, but number 2 gets a thumbs up.
