SVR

I've been going through a backlog of shots and have come across these that I took in Feb when I was up in Birmingham for FOCUS and visited the SVR on the Saturday.

These were taken from the observation deck at their Engine House at Highley. It's a pitty that the engine was tender first as it would have been better face front, but what can you do?

Would appreciate any constructive critisism both on the composition and the processing.

Really like the first two, great angle Think the B&W one is better as it makes the 'tent' over the cab less obvious.

Got another one which I've tried something different which has increased the contrast and rather like the effect and wondering if anyone has any thoughts?

Prefer the B&W detail one, there's some distracting colours in the colour.

Not too keen on the contrasty one, doesn't look great.
