Swan

I captured the first one at a wetland near me, this swan just swam right upto me bold as brass as I was setting up my tripod!

This was the only decent one I could get at the time as the light was fading very quickly. So went back a few days later and got these,

Hi Chris, it looks like you had poor light to work with. I like the second one, with a tad of colour reflected in the lake.

Canny photostream, Penshaw Monument is one i must get round to. Not so fond of the Stadium of Light mind, but must confess to being Barcode supporter.

On the contrary for the second 2 there was plenty of light, maybe too much! I simply opted to go for a more moody, sultry look by stopping it right down and limiting the light for the second one and number 3 I thought would look better in monochrome as with the first one. Quite pleased with how they turned out.
