Hi,
Just bought a Canon Powershot Sx 230 and I am charging the battery for the first time as we speak.
The manual says when charging the battery, the light on the charger will be orange and move to green when fully charged. However mine is a solid red when I plug it in.
Should I be concerned? I am having to use a power adaptor as the camera came from America so the charger has the american plug on it, not a british one.
Could the adaptor be faulty? If so I would have thought there would be no light, not a red one.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
