Taking photos of family inside, advice please :)

Hi,

Any advice on taking pictures inside, I'm looking at getting family pictures and want advice on how would be best,

there are 2 parents and 2 children. Any advice on how to arrange them? And lighting, I have good 2.8 lenses, and a flashgun,
