Yes, I ordered one from them 2 weeks ago, after much research and couldn't find a bad word said about them.
They were nothing short of excellent and I would reccommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again

One thing you should just watch out for is back/front focus issues - I read about quite a high number of these issues with these lenses.
I bought one second hand recently and made sure to check before I walked out with it.
I have ordered the tamron 17-50 NON VC from Jessops. I have seen the 17-50 VC is only £5 more expensive. Should I still just stick with the Non VC?
It depends what you're planing to shot.
If your plan is to shot fast moving objects the image stabilizer will be good to have.
If you are planing to shot non moving objects, there is no point of getin VC unless there is really image quality difference.

I got the non vc lens for £306 from warehouse express, vc model is £350
