Tamron 17-50 zoom ring stuck

The zoom ring is stuck on my 17-50 non vc Tamron
Something is jammed inside I need to send it for repair
Has anyone used Tamron UK ?
Do they have a good reputation?
Can anyone recommend an independent repairer ?

I took my 150-600 in for repair, first class and quick service. I’ve no complaints at all.
