Tamron 80-210 cf tele macro

Hey all , my first post here i hope its in the right section.

I currently shoot with a nikon D3000 and a standard 18 -55 kit lens, whilst im saving up for something with a longer focal length (for wildlife shots) and a cosina 105mm macro lens iv decided to purchase an adapter (m42 - nikon with infinity focus glass) to make use of my tamron lens (and other lenses) that i used to get ok'ish pics with on an old Zenit E film camera. The lenses have been in storage a fair while and while iv managed to strip and clean all the prime lenses im having problems with the tamron. I really hope someone can help here, my tamron lens has some large dust spots on the 2nd glass from the camera side of the lens other than that it is all clean, dust and mold free. Now i managed to figure out that the first glass is held in by a metal collar that simply unscrews, but i cant figure out how the 2nd glass is fixed and dont want to go forcing anything.
Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this lens?

The Tamron 103A 80-210/3.8-4 is a fantastic lens. However, they are so cheap to buy 2nd hand, you might as well just get another one (unless you like the challenge). They can be had for £5-10.

Edit: I'd recommend selling the M42 mount and replacing it with a Nikon mount as the optical element will affect image quality. The Nikon and M42 mounts are worth about the same (£15-20).

ebay prices seem to vary from £15 bidders to £40-50 buy it now's :/, i realise the optical element may affect the image quality but it allows me to utilize more manual lens , in the long run i may look into selling the m42 mount to pick up a Nikon mount.

reason for attempting to clean it rather than buy a new one is partly the challenge and partly id rather put that £10-15 towards a newer glass such as the 70-300 or 55-300.
