Tamron 90mm F2.8 Di Macro 1:1 SP AF Lens on a D700?

Di = ok for full frame (so this lens is good to go)
Di-II is DX

It's a great lens on DX but don't know about FF.
 
Can't comment on FF specifically, but it is regarded as a very sharp lens.
 
I used it on my D700.

Just as stunning as it is on DX, although you may see some slight corner softness. Varies with the lens, mine was mostly ok.
 
Its fine for both FF and crop..
