TAMRON F2.8 AF SP ZOOM 35-105mm

Just won the above lens on ebay for £75. seemed like a good deal for a constent 2.8 lens, I intend to use for portiture and possibly weddings.

Has anyone come accross this lens before, I wanted to see how it fairs against other 2.8 zooms.

Will I need more reach on a d70s?

Looks promising. I don't see why you should have any issues with a digi body. Lots of lenses do fall short a bit on full frame cameras, losing sharpness towards the edges but you'll be using a nice compact section from the centre.
