Hi Simon that looks a beautiful unspoiled place there I can almost feel the warmth in the shot. I would include more of the tree from its base if I were you you could then show the boats fullly on the right hand side. Lets see mote shots from your beautiful part of the world.

Thanks Steve, I am going back on Friday for 3 nights before we move back to Blighty so I will give it another shot.

Yes Simon, it's a lovely island. This is one I took from there not long ago.



My son lives just across the water in Redcliffe.

The first shot is lovely, good use of the tree to stop the direct sun blowing out. A just before sunrise would give you less dynamic range and suit the silhouette style a lot better
