In a well thought out move last week I managed to spill tea into my laptop! I've taken the hard drive out and stuck it in an external hard drive caddy, but I'm having problems accessing the data stored on it.
The data I need is stored in the "My Documents" section of the "Users" folder which is presumably password protected by our login password. Trouble is, every time I try and access it on another laptop and it goes through the steps to get permission, the progress bar never finishes and then it crashes!
Does anyone know any solution to this problem, or website's of any help? I'm using Vista on both laptops, but Windows Help website has been of no use. Thanks in advance!
