Not possible without damaging your lens. Forget it!

When you take your lens off the camera has a big hole in it. The rear elements of your lens move about as you zoom and at times fill this hole. A teleconverter has elements too which fill the space that the moving rear elements in your lens would be in. So if you could actually fit the teleconverter onto the lens, when you zoomed one way or the other you would destroy the rear element of your lens and the front element of your teleconverter. Teleconverters only of use with lenses which have a recessed rear element.

You can probably get a Kenko or Tamron teleconverter to fit (and they wont damage your lens). However I personally wouldn't put a teleconverter on a 18-200mm lens. The IQ would be poor at best I would have thought.

This is not true of all teleconverters.

In addition to loss of IQ a TC will also effectively drop the aperture by a stop (for a 1.4x), which will mean AF is unlikely to function at the long end - which is where you will want the TC.

You would do much better picking up even a budget 70-300, as this will probably perform better at 100-200 than the 18-200, and give you the 200-300 range that the TC would provide (and have better IQ at this range).

Either the Sigma 70-300 DG APO Macro or Tamron Di LD Macro would do the job.
