Hi
Can anybody help me?? a number of questions.
I have two telephone lines into the house. I thought they came into the same socket. There are four wires, two of which are attached. what are the other two for ??? (this line is not the dsl one)
Is it possible to wire up the system with the wires the wrong way round??
The reason I ask is that I am trying to install fixed line broadband (getting rid of the wireless) and the signal is very weak. I am trying to run a tele wire direct from the router to the connection from outside to rule out problems in the house (loads of wires and sockets). It is possible the "line in" box is in the loft somewhere. Any pitfalls anyone can see??
Sorry for the ramble, but getting totally confused
