I wouldn't buy any lens like this off ebay, there's far too many dodgy sellers around offering these sorts of lenses that invariably turn out to be scams

The bit about contacting them by email is the give away
 
Asking you to contact them outside ebay on a private email is a nono. Possibly fraudelently using someone else's ebay account by the looks of the high feedback.
 
I've reported that one by the way, look at the other items listed too
