Hi, I'm relatively new to this, here's one of the pics I've taken, let me know about compostion etc, I know quality isn't that good, but help me on how to make it better

Compositionally, the pose is good. However, you want to back up a little bit to allow the whole of the hand and the whole of the hood to be in the frame. Also, it's not in sharp focus, which is another thing that I'd like to see in this kind of shot.
The colours aren't very punchy and it looks a little flat, so I'd up the contrast by, say, 25% and possibly add a bit of saturation to make that red coat and blue glove really stand out.

It's a very small file - only 38kb physical file size, so it's a bit difficult to judge image quality or sharpness.

Overall, it would stand, a sharpen, and the glove looks sharper than the face, which is OK if that was your intention of course.

Exposure looks OK - nice happy shot.
