TEMPA viewfinder eyecup magnifier

has anyone got one of these.if so please post here on your personal experience of it and where you bought it/price.im after one or very similar as i have several older manual focus lenses that im reluctant to get rid of as they have worked well for me,until my eyesight started to deteriorate so now im finding it difficult to focus properly and cannot fully rely on the in focus light in the viewfinder.
