I had a search but couldn't find much on this issue...
I use Capture One 6.22, Canon 5D Mkii and tether using a 5m USB cable (cheap on 7dayshop if anyone is curious!).
I have no problem shooting tethered, and the images appear on the screen within a few seconds. The question I have (which may be a bit of a stupid one!) is... How do you save to both the hard drive and CF card for each shot? Nothing appears on my CF card, and I cannot see how to change the settings to change this?
